Delivery times?
All our deliveries are made by the postal service. If the order is placed before 14:30 and your contact lenses are in stock the order will be sent the same day and in most cases will reach you the following work-day. If the order is placed after 14:30 it will be sent the following work-day. Cotactlenses123 cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Delivery times vary depending on if the contact lenses are in stock or not. For contact lenses with unusual parameters or error of refraction, the delivery times are 5-14 days. All contact lenses are sent with priority mail for fastest possible delivery.
Deliveries during Christmas and New Year's Eve:
Due to the extreme pressure the Christmas holidays puts on the postal service we cannot guarantee that the delivery reaches you as fast as usual. Below are the estimated delivery times:
For contact lenses that are in stock, you should place your order before 15:00 on the 19th of December for delivery before Christmas. For delivery before New Year's Eve you should place your order before 11:00 the 26th of December (could work as late as the 29th if the postal service makes their deliveries as usual).
For contact lenses that are not in stock, you should place your order before 15:00 on the 16th of December for delivery prior to the Christmas holidays and before the 19th of December for delivery prior to New Year's Eve.
Please note that some lenses that are not in stock might arrive before Christmas and New Year's Eve even though you ordered after the above dates. For some special lenses with unusual parameters, the delivery time might be a bit longer than stated above. We reserve ourselves for unexpected delays in delivery from the manufacturers.
